Explosion proof pumps

Explosion-proof pumps are designed to prevent internal or external explosions by enclosing parts that could ignite either the transfer media or the surrounding atmosphere. KNF supplies a range of explosion-proof pumps for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. All our pumps are ATEX-compliant and certified in accordance with the 94/9/EC directive on equipment and protective systems.

Temperature-resistant and heated pumps

Temperature-resistant pumps can transfer air as well as neutral or aggressive gases at temperatures up to 240 °C. In order to prevent condensation of the measuring gas, the heated head pump types possess temperature-resistant pump head components and optional thermostatic or electronic temperature control.

Double diaphragm pumps

KNF double diaphragm pumps offer a high level of performance and greatly enhance safety, especially when working with dangerous, rare and valuable gases. A second diaphragm is located underneath the working diaphragm. The safety diaphragm has a significantly longer service life than the working diaphragm, thus ensuring that no gas can escape into the environment even if the working diaphragm ruptures.
